TEAM GROUP PRACTICE: START DATE DECEMBER 7th
* all of these sessions are included in the cost of the base package with no add on fee and are optional to for players to participate - but they are scheduled in advance and are not subject to refund or switching group times
There will NOT be Practices or Workouts the Following Weeks due to holidays:

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
- discounted team individual sessions are all in 30 minute blocks and will be booked online by the player or players family in advance based on instructor availability
- session cost is included in season payment / payments
- sessions may be cancelled or changed and issued a refund if made 12 hours in advance
- may schedule sessions anytime throughout the full payment schedule November 1st thru July 24th
- if you wish to add additional sessions after the pre-paid set has been completed, sessions will be at facility pricing

* if your weekday practice / practices are cancelled due to weather your team will be moved inside or moved to the weekend *
** 13U will take place during the season around HS home playing schedule
*** Practice will not start until after Middle School / HS Season is over around May 16th

9U - March 14th - May 9th (All 1-day events)
10U - March 6th - June 26th (Mix of 1 and 2 day events)
11U - March 6th - May 9th (Mix of 1 and 2 day events)
12U - March 6th - May 9th (Mix of 1 and 2 day events)
13U Gitzen - March 6th - July 10th (Mix of 1 and 2 day events)

14U - May 22nd - August 1st (2 day events)
For the 9U - 10U - 11U - 12U age groups you can play in both your local rec league and Canes Virginia.
We actually encourage you to do so at least thru the 11U age group.
When there is a conflict:

YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BE AT ALL GAMEPLAY EVENTS EVEN IF YOU HAVE A CONFLICT WITH YOUR REC TEAM

Payment Base Cost DOES NOT INCLUDE The Following:
* There is an additional cost for uniforms if you are a new player or existing player *
* Any additional sessions or add-on groups from the base packages*
Payment Cycle and Information
Payments will start November 2nd, 2026 and will be drawn weekly (Baseball Co. Website) each week for 38 consecutive weeks ending on July 19th, 2027. Payments are automatically drafted via CC - Debit Card or ACH Bank Draft.
Online convenience fees will enforced by vendor per payment based on method:
Debit or CC: 3.9% + $2.79 per transaction
ACH Bank Draw: 1.8% + $2.49 per transaction
Checks will only be permitted for in full season payments - those payment will be due November 15th.
