ALL TEAMS WILL END ON AUGUST 14TH AND MOVE TO IN-SEASON SCHEDULE
* all of sessions above are included in the cost of the base package with no add on fee and are optional to for players to participate - but they are scheduled in advance and are not subject to refund or switching group times

BASE PACKAGE PRE-SEASON INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS (2 Half Hours)
- we will be introducing 2 Half Hour Individual Evaluation Sessions
- sessions will be booked with your coach to go over things the player needs to focus on moving thru the pre-season and in-season team practices
- all sessions must be booked between JULY 13th and JULY 31ST, we want to have our evaluations done prior to the majority of Pre-Season Team Practices so players can have some individual focuses during team practices
- You must book sessions in two major disciplines (ex. Hitting 1/2 hour & Pitching 1/2 Hour or HItting 1/2 Hour & Catching 1/2 Hour or Hitting 1/2 Hour & Fielding 1/2 Hour)
ADD ON INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
- discounted team add on individual sessions are all in 30 minute blocks and will be booked online by the player or players family in advance based on instructor availability
- session cost is included in season payment / payments
- sessions may be cancelled or changed and issued a refund if made 12 hours in advance
- may schedule sessions anytime after the payment schedule begins on July 20th
- if you wish to add additional sessions after the pre-paid set has been completed, sessions will be at facility pricing

Payment Cycle and Information
Payments will start July 20th, 2026 and will be drawn weekly (Baseball Co. Website) each week for 15 consecutive weeks ending on October 26th, 2026. Payments are automatically drafted via CC - Debit Card or ACH Bank Draft.
Online convenience fees will enforced by vendor per payment based on method:
Debit or CC: 3.9% + $2.79 per transaction
ACH Bank Draw: 1.8% + $2.49 per transaction
Checks will only be permitted for in full season payments - those payment will be due July 27th.
Organizational Fall Fundraiser
As part of Canes Virginia you will be required to participate in one fundraiser per season (1 for the Spring/Summer & 1 for the Fall).
The fundraising goes directly to the cost of our seasonal weight room / team training / evaluation sessions as well as having the ability to make up for player fees in the case a player gets injured or suffers a traumatic event and cannot participate for the remainder of their season rather.
The fundraiser will consist of each player selling a minimum of 16 - $25 raffle tickets.
Families may purchase the tickets themselves as an opt of if they wish at the price of $400.
Tickets will be administered the week of July 20th and with a return date of August 14th.
Tickets will be paid for in cash only no checks or cards.
We will draw 10 tickets on August 19th each ticket will be rewarded the prize(s) of $400 cash.
As tickets are turned in tickets and counted, the following prizes will be given to the players with the most tickets sold.

#3 ticket seller - 5 - 1 hour sessions at The Baseball Co.
#4 ticket seller - Rawlings Bag of Choice

Each Team's Top Seller will receive 2 - 1 Hour Individual Sessions at The Baseball Co.
