Typical Weekly Training and Practice Schedules
Individual Sessions and Team Practices will start on August 19th.
*8U and 9U will have half hour individual one on one sessions (one time per week for the first 8 consecutive weeks) on one of the given days listed between the times shown in the table above.
** 10U thru Showcase will have one Group Session for 2 hours per session (1 hour hitting / 1 hour defensive or pitching) in groups of 3 for the first 8 weeks during the time slots listed above.
*** Showcase groups may be asked to show up on two different days to complete their training, please see table above. These will be run for 8 consecutive weeks of sessions will end by October 12th.
****Group sessions that cannot be attended by the player will not be made up as this will be the on going time once you have been slotted in. If the instructors cannot attend due to illness or conflict- those sessions will be made up.
+ All Individual Training and Group Sessions will be held indoors at The Baseball Academy Charlottesville
- After group sessions for 10U and older have been completed you may add individual 1 on 1 sessions by booking directly with an instructor.
- If you would like to add a weekend 1 on 1 individual time during the initial 8 weeks you will set that up directly with an instructor.
- There will be a team discount - rate will reflect at $70 per hour rather than $95 per hour.
Financial Fall Breakdown and Payments
PAYMENTS COVER ALL INITIAL INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS / GROUP SESSIONS AND EVENTS

Game Play events will start or be on the following dates (Sunday is listed for 8U thru 12U but it could be a Saturday on the same weekend):
8U - September 22nd / October 6th / October 20th (All One Day Events)
9U - September 22nd / October 6th / October 20th (All One Day Events)
10U - September 22nd / October 13th / October 6th / October 20th (All One Day Events)
11U - September 14th / September 22nd / October 13th / October 6th / October 20th (All One Day Events)
12U - September 14th / September 22nd / October 13th / October 6th / October 20th (All One Day Events)
13U - Dates TBD start date September 21st (Mixture or One Day and Two Day Events)
14U - Dates TBD start date September 14th (All Two Day Events)
Payment Cycle and Information
Payments will start August 4th, 2024 and will be drawn weekly (via StatStak) each week for 13 consecutive weeks ending on October 27th, 2024. Payments are automatically drafted via CC - Debit Card or ACH Bank Draft.
CC and Debit card are charged a 2.8% + .30 cents convenience fee. ACH Bank drafts are charged at 1.8%.
Must keep active card on file via StatStak.
Checks will only be permitted for in full season payments - those payment will be due August 5th.
