Team Training Sessions will begin August 4th for 9U - 10U - 11U and 12U & August 5th for 13U and 14U
In the Team Sessions, the entire team, or those who can make it, will train together in groups that are covering basic pre-season movements and improvements in all areas of the game (pitching / hitting / throwing / fielding.
9U and 10U Teams will train from 4:30 - 6:00
11U and 12U Teams will train from 6:00 - 7:30
13U and 14U Teams will train from 5:00 - 6:30
Training will go on for 3 weeks on either Monday or Tuesday as noted above.

All Team practices will start on the week of the 26th.
9U - 10U - 11U - 12U - 13U - 14U practices will be held in Charlottesville / Crozet area.

Events will start on different dates (please see above under weekends tab for your specific team(s))
We will TRY to play the number of events listed on the projected schedule as well as TRY to play on those weekends.
Keep in mind:
1) events have not been announced yet but we will try to adhere is the dates listed for your team
2) if events are cancelled there isn't a great make-up window as the fall is a short season
*in the case that an event is cancelled and cannot be made up, it will be rolled over to the next season - there is no family refund for cancelled events that cannot be made up within reason
3) keep as many unlisted event weekend free in case we do have rain and need to try to make up an event - there are no true OFF weekends in the fall

Financial Fall Breakdown and Options
PAYMENTS COVER ALL INITIAL TEAM TRAINING AND EVENTS
- if you cannot make a practice / event / team session time there will be no individual refund -
- there is no price point for practices - we will attempt to practice on all scheduled dates unless a coach cancels or we have rain the forecast. In the case of rain we will try to move practice to the indoor facility if the facility is not already full for the evening -

Type of Game Play Events (see projected dates listed in table above):​
9U - All One Day events (either on Saturday or Sunday)
10U - All One Day events (either on Saturday or Sunday)
11U - All One Day events (either on Saturday or Sunday)
12U - Mix of One Day and Two Day events
13U - Mix of One Day and Two Day events
14U - Mainly 2 Day events if at all possible

Cost per team and Payment Schedule
- Payments will be drawn weekly Debit / Credit / ACH Draw Automatically
Payments will start on Tuesday July 29th and will run for 13 consecutive weeks ended October 21st
​
Online convenience fees will enforced by vendor per payment based on method:
Debit or CC: 3.9% + $2.79 per transaction
ACH Bank Draw: 1.8% + $2.49 per transaction
​
Pay By Check is an option but season must be paid in full by August 5th

9U - $70 (weekly payments - no add on)
10U - $70 (weekly payments - no add on)
11U - $80 (weekly payments - no add on)
12U - $80 (weekly payments - no add on)
13U - $85 (weekly payments - no add on)

Base Payment + Additional ONE HOUR Wednesday HITTING OR PITCHING Team Session Add On

Base Payment + Additional TWO HOUR Wednesday HITTING - PITCHING - FIELDING Team Session Add On

INDIVIDUAL 16 HALF HOUR 1 on 1 SESSIONS
**Online Booking Only may be used in any time allotment 30 minutes (1 credit) - 1 hour (2 credits) and so on..)**
- Sessions may be booked for any skill -
- Times are determined based on instructor availability (first come, first serve basis) -
9U - $120 (weekly payments)
10U - $120 (weekly payments)
11U - $130 (weekly payments)

- Sessions may be cancelled and rescheduled without penalty (with at least 24 hours notice) -
